Dr. Diab: Wade A. Diab is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He received his D.D.S. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio in 1993. He then spent 12 months in a General Practice Residency at the Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Cleveland before moving to the South.

Dr. Diab completed his three year Specialty in Periodontics and Implantology training at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta where he also obtained a Masters degree in Oral Biology.

Dr. Diab is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Medical College of Georgia Department of Periodontics. He was the President of the Northwestern District of the Georgia Dental Association in 2005-2006 and also served as the Editor of the District Newsletter for four years.

He is an active member of the Georgia Society of Periodontics, the Southern Academy of Periodontolgy, and the esteemed Atlanta Thomas P. Hinman Dental Society.

Because Dr. Diab believes in the importance of continuing education, he hosts and sponsors seminars for dentists and their staff in periodontics and dental implants and other office related topics.

In his spare time, Dr. Diab enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters. He loves interaction with people and thoroughly enjoys getting to know his patients on a personal level.

Nancy - Shelly is our Financial and Treatment Coordinator. She will help you to understand and schedule the treatment that Dr. Diab planned for you. She will also help you with understanding your insurance benefits and work with your insurance company to ensure maximum benefits. She will work with you in order to create the most comfortable financial arrangements for you so that you can complete the important treatment you need for your dental health. Karen - Karen is Dr. Diab's surgical assistant. In addition to assisting Dr. Diab with his procedures, she is there to help you feel comfortable. Feel free to ask her any questions about the procedures or to request anything which would make you feel more comfortable during your examinations or procedures.
