W. Parker Westbrook, III received his B.S. in Zoology from the University of Georgia in 1979. He graduated as a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1983 from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry.

He is a member of the Camilla Chamber of Commerce and St. Francis Episcopal Church where he has served as a warden and serves on the vestry.

If you have a problem that cannot wait, we stand ready to see you any day. During office hours we will see you with minimal waiting time if you call as early as possible in the morning. Appointment Cancellations

The nature of our service is such that when we reserve an appointment for you, it is not possible to schedule other procedures at the same time. If you do not keep your appointment, reserved exclusively for you, that time is not used. Thus, if you are not able to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 24 hours notice, then a fee may be charged to cover this time. If you fail to keep your appointment without cancellation you may lose the privilege of scheduling prearranged appointments.
Fees and Payments

Our fees are based on three general criteria:

1. The time involved in providing the service.
2. The expense involved in providing the service.
3. The care, skill and judgment necessary to provide the service.

Generally, fees are discussed on a total treatment basis. If possible, the fee is quoted prior to beginning the treatment.

Payment of the fee is arranged with our financial secretary. She has full responsibility for making these arrangements. We have financial policies that she will review with you, if necessary. For your convenience we accept VISA and Mastercard.
Dental Insurance

As many of our patients have some form of dental insurance, we will be glad to process our portion of your claim form. You are responsible for filling out your portion. You are also responsible for supplying us with your insurance form before treatment, or at the time of treatment, or you will have to file your own insurance.

You should understand that we have no relationship with your insurance company, only with you. Ultimately, you are responsible for fees owed, not the insurance company. Thus we must expect payment from you directly on any service not reimbursed by your insurance company. Although insurance carriers vary in the length of time necessary to process their percentage of your claim, we expect your percentage of the fee to keep pace with your treatment.
Referrals

Some people think that in a busy practice we do not accept new patients. This is not so. We are always accepting new patients and are glad to see family and friends of yours if you feel we are the right office for them. We are proud that most of our new patients are referred to us by current patients who are pleased with our treatment.
